Cancellation Policy Overview
At Cavrinex, we understand that customers may wish to modify or cancel an order after placing it. This policy explains how order cancellations are handled.
This policy applies only to orders shipped to the United States and France.
Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered the processing stage (1–3 business days after purchase), it can no longer be cancelled.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Cancellation is not possible if:
- The order has already been processed or shipped
- The item is already in transit
- The cancellation request is made after the 12-hour window
In such cases, you may still request a return after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
