Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

Cavrinex currently provides shipping services only within the following countries:

  • United States

  • France

At this time, we are unable to deliver orders to destinations outside these locations.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

Please note that order processing is carried out only on business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been shipped, the estimated transit times are:

  • United States: 6–9 business days

  • France: 6–9 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may be affected by factors such as carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.99

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders totaling more than $129.99

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the discount will be automatically applied during checkout.

Shipment Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

You may use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Customs and Import Charges

For orders that may be subject to customs inspections or import regulations, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer in accordance with local laws and regulations.
